## Coralville Lake Terrace Improvement Association

The purpose of this website is to help our community stay "in touch" — with what's going on, with each other, and with your Association Board members. We welcome your input and encourage you to get involved in your neighborhood. Use the [Contact Us](https://cltia.org/contact-us) page to send a message to the board, and share your ideas, suggestions, praise, or opinions. All are welcome.

We're working to make this site a helpful resource for our members. If you weren't able to make it to a board meeting, you can catch up by reading the meeting minutes in the [Documents](https://cltia.org/news-info) section.

### Association Meetings

Meetings are open to all residents of the Coralville Lake Terrace area. *(Updated July 2026)*

Regular board meetings are held **quarterly**, at the park garage, on the third Monday of June, September, December, and March.

- **Time:** 6:30 pm
- **Location:** Summer meetings are held at the park garage (ask a board member for winter locations)
- **Special Meetings:** Announced at the previous meeting or included with your dues billing

**Effective July 1, 2026:** Quarterly dues invoices will include a 15% penalty for past-due fees. Beginning October 1, 2026, this late fee increases to $100 per quarter.

### Community Guidelines

#### No Dumping

Please do not dump trash or yard debris on association property or on Army Corps of Engineers ground.

#### Pets

Pets must be on a leash at all times while on association property, including the park and roads. If your own property isn't fenced in, pets must be leashed there as well.

#### Bird Feeders

Squirrels and birds often carry feeder materials onto neighboring properties. Please consider skipping peanuts in the shell — the shells can contain aflatoxin, which is hazardous to pets.

### Payment Schedule

Invoicing occurs at the end of each quarter and is **due upon receipt**.

| Third Quarter | July, August, September | October 1 |
| Fourth Quarter | October, November, December | January 1 |

Additional legal remedies will be pursued by the board for accounts that are multiple quarters behind and not reducing their unpaid balance.
